Yes. Before reaching our showroom, each watch receives a full professional service. Our handbags and accessories are meticulously cleaned to 'very good' or 'like-new' condition.

We do not offer authentication as a standalone service. If you choose to sell a piece to us, we authenticate it before we acquire it.

Rolex watches carry a 5-year warranty from the date of production. The warranty belongs to the watch rather than the owner, and the original warranty card is required to use it. For pre-owned Rolex and Cartier watches older than 5 years, we provide our own 1-year warranty. Coverage includes everything except water damage.

Yes, every timepiece is pressure tested. Water resistance can be affected by impact or a fall, so we recommend wearing your watch in water at your own discretion.

You may submit an evaluation request on our website or bring your piece to the showroom. An in-person evaluation is currently the fastest route. We do not offer consignment. We purchase pieces outright, with payment same day.

Yes. Your trade-in value is equal to our cash offer, and it can be applied toward your next piece. If your selection exceeds that value, you simply pay the difference.
