Limited warranty

Southern Timepiece, LLC, warrants to the original purchaser and any later owner that the movement of this watch will keep time within the manufacturer's published tolerances and be free of defects in workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery.

Rolex Warranties

Southern Timepiece is an independent dealer and is not an Official Retailer of Rolex or any other brands. Any remaining manufacturer guarantee is determined solely by the manufacturer under its own terms. Southern Timepiece does not represent that the manufacturer will honor any guarantees.

Water damage of any kind; damage from impact, accident, misuse, or service by anyone other than a person authorized by Southern Timepiece; cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, bracelet stretch); straps; batteries; loss or theft.

Email support@southerntimepiece.com or call (504) 345-2136 with your order number and a description of the problem. We will send insured shipping materials within five (5) business days.

what southern timepiece will do

Should your watch need attention, we will, at our option, repair it to proper working order in accordance with our warranty policy. 

implied warranties

All implied warranties, including the warranty against redhibitory defects under Louisiana Civil Code arts. 2520-2548 and any warranty of merchantability, are limited in duration to the one year term of this warranty. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limits may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
